Abstract
The present Law lays down provisions relating to the levying of fees in connexion with the land registry. In particular, article 1 establishes that the Canton shall levy a fee for all actions related to land registration. The text consists of 34 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Amount of fees (2); Final provisions (3). The text consists of 34 articles.
