Abstract
The two Parties agree to take all necessary measures to prevent spreading dangerous diseases and pests from the territory of a Party to the other Party s territory and to comply with the plant quarantine requirements of the other Party. Plants or plant products which are exported from one Party to the other Party must be accompanied with the official plant quarantine certificate of the exporting country. The Parties shall take all necessary measures to prevent the introduction of quarantine pests, diseases and weeds from a third country to their respective territories. Transit plant products must be accompanied by the plant quarantine certificates, which are in accordance with the requirements of the plant quarantine of the import country. The agreement further provides for the exchanges of regulations and other relevant provisions of the relevant plant quarantine being implemented, including the plant quarantine and related scientific research, and the national quarantine list of pests, diseases and weeds.
