Abstract
This Decree, made by the Minister of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment, in pursuance to the article 7(2) of the Conservation of Stocks of Raw Materials for Animal Feed and Grains for Human Use Law of 2021, provides for: the specification of the average daily net import and handling and the average daily production of raw materials for animal feed and barley and corn for human consumption use; the determination of the quantities per item to be maintained by the competent authority for improving the economy of the Republic; the determination of quantities to be retained.
