Abstract
These Regulations may be cited as the Fishing Shelters (Rights of Use) (Amendment) Regulations of 2006 and shall be read as one with the Fishing Shelters (Rights of Use) Regulations of 1994-2003 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Regulations"). The principal Regulations and the present Regulations shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Fishing Shelters (Rights of Use) Regulations of 1994-2006. With the present Regulations the Table attached to the principal regulations is amended by deleting paragraph 3.
