Abstract
This Law provides for amending the Law no. 42/III of 2004 concerning the ratification of the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants. This Law ratifies the amendments of the Ninth Meeting of the Parties to the Convention, with its Decision 89.462, concerning listing of chemical dangerous substances.
