Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Environment, which is composed of 12 articles and five Annexes, implements the Act on trade in endangered species in compliance with the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora (CITES). The Decree lays down detailed provisions dealing with registration of traders and scientific institutions, exports of specimens of plant species and marking of specimens.
