Abstract
The purpose of the present Act is to transpose, inter alia, the Regulation (EU) No. 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products into German legislation. In particular, the Act lays down provisions relating to food such as fruit, vegetable and mil for school programs. The text consists of 9 articles as follows: Sphere of application (1); Applicable legislation (2); Participation in the school programme for agricultural commodities (3); Distribution of Union subsidies within its members (4); Reporting obligations (5); Power of executive legislation (6); Issue of regulations (7); Transitional provisions (8); Entry into force, repeal (9).
The latest amendments of the Act provides for implementing EU Regulation 2017/39 and Delegated EU Regulation 2017/40.
