Abstract
The present Law lays down provisions relating to the protection, care and development of public green land and recreational spaces, including parts of forests. The Law aims to protect, maintain, and develop public green and recreational areas to keep them accessible and attractive to the population. The law defines public green and recreational areas as landscaped areas, playgrounds, and open spaces serving the recreation of the population or being significant for the urban landscape and the environment. It stipulates certain activities that are allowed to be carried out in designated parts. The law also includes provisions on administrative offenses, such as damaging facilities, causing noise disturbances, and unauthorized entry with motor vehicles. The Law consists of 10 Articles.
