Abstract
The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the protection of game. In particular, the Ordinance applies to animal species listed in Annex 1 and 4. The text consists of 8 articles as follows: Sphere of application, definition of terms (1); Prohibitions (2); Keeping of falcons (3); Duty to register and mark (4); Lawful ownership (5); Penalties (6); Berlin Clause (7); Entry into force (8). Six Annexes are enclosed.
