Abstract
The present Ordinance implements the Nature Protection Law of 13 December 2005 and the Forest Law in its version of 31 August 1995. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the establishment of the biosphere reserve Schw bische Alb . The text consisting of 15 articles deals with the following aspects: boundaries, purpose, central areas of the reserve, buffer zones, development zone, information, administration, exceptions, land consolidations and penalties.
