Abstract
Article 1 of the present Ordinance establishes that it is not necessary to apply for a permission for the harmless percolating of collected precipitation water outside water protection areas, if the water is not altered in its quality by domestic, commercial, industrial. agricultural or other sources, or mixed with other effluent waste water discharges. The competent authority may in individual cases authorize an exception to this rule, if by doing so the groundwater shall not be polluted. The text consists of 4 articles.
