Abstract
This Act ensures animal species are provided with sustainable management, in order to protect quantity and quality of habitat through the establishment of reserves. It applies to the regulation of hunting activity of wild animal species, which is limited only between 1 February and 31 August and in daylight hours only.
This Act consists of 9 Chapters and 2 Appendices: Purpose and scope (1), General wildlife management regulations (2); Hunting Court (3); Hunting Court role (4); Wild reserves (5); Wildlife damages (6); Licenses (7); Administration (8); Environmental damage to protected species or international nature conservation areas (8a); Penalties (9).
