Ministerial Decree No. 1288 of 2009 on the cancellation of exemptions granted to certain entities for the expenses of inspection and disinfection.

This Decree cancels the exemptions granted to certain entities for the expenses of inspection and disinfection subject to the provisions of Agricultural Quarantine in Article 72 of the Ministerial Decree No. 3007 of 2001 with the continuation of fee waivers granted to these entities by law.
