Abstract
This Regulation makes amendments in Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/403 by deleting point (e) of Article 14 regarding the animal health/official certificate to be used for the entry into Northern Ireland of ovine and caprine animals from Great Britain, and by replacing Annex II by the text set out in the Annex to this Regulation. Until 12 February 2026, animal health certificates issued under Annex II of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/403 before its amendment may still be used for Union entry of consignments of certain categories of terrestrial animals and germinal products, provided they were issued by 12 November 2025.
