Abstract
This Regulation amends some points of Annex IX to Regulation (EC) No. 999/2001 concerning the prevention, control and eradication of certain transmissible spongiform encephalopathies. In particular, it amends Sections A, C and D of the Annex, which deal with conditions to be met by specific bovine, caprine and ovine products, and the importation of treated intestines.
