Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1915/2003 amending Annexes VII, VIII and IX to Regulation (EC) No. 999/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the trade and import of ovine and caprine animals and the measures following the confirmation of transmissible spongiform encephalopathies in bovine, ovine and caprine animals.

This Regulation lays down particular amendments to Regulation (EC) No. 999/2001 relating to the prevention, control and eradication of certain transmissible spongiform encephalopathies. Firstly, Annex VII to that Regulation, concerning the eradication of transmissible spongiform encephalopathy, is replaced by the text contained in the Annex hereto. Secondly, point (a) of part I of chapter A of Annex VIII is replaced in accordance with point 2 of the Annex hereto. Lastly, chapter E of Annex IX, regarding imports of ovines and caprines, is replaced by the text laid down in point 3 of the Annex hereby attached.
