Abstract
Annexes III and X to Regulation (EC) No. 999/2001, which lays down rules for the prevention, control and eradication of certain transmissible spongiform encephalopathies, are amended in accordance with the Annex attached to the present Regulation. Annex III concerns the monitoring system, whereas Annex X deals with reference laboratories, sampling and laboratory analysis methods.
