Abstract
The present Regulation lays down some amendments to Regulation (EC) No. 396/2005 on maximum residue levels of pesticides in or on food and feed of plant and animal origin. In particular it replaces the columns in Annex II concerning dimethomorph, indoxacarb and pyraclostrobin and related MRLs applicable to certain foods (such as fruit, nuts, vegetables, products of animal origin).
