Abstract
This Regulation amends Annexes II and III to Regulation (EC) No. 396/2005 concerning maximum residue levels of pesticides in or on food and feed of plant and animal origin. The amendments regard maximum residue levels applicable to acephate, alachlor, anilazine, azocyclotin, benfuracarb, butylate, captafol, carbaryl, carbofuran, carbosulfan, chlorfenapyr, chlorthal-dimethyl, chlorthiamid, cyhexatin, diazinon, dichlobenil, dicofol, dimethipin, diniconazole, disulfoton, fenitrothion, flufenzin, furathiocarb, hexaconazole, lactofen, mepronil, methamidophos, methoprene, monocrotophos, monuron, oxycarboxin, oxydemeton-methyl, parathion-methyl, phorate, phosalone, procymidone, profenofos, propachlor, quinclorac, quintozene, tolylfluanid, trichlorfon, tridemorph and trifluralin.

This Regulation enters into force on 26 October 2012. It shall apply from 26 April 2013 (except for carbaryl in fruits and berries of code number 0820000, belonging to the group of spices).
