Abstract
A Plant Breeding Institute is created within the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry (sect. 1). This Institute shall be in charge of plant breeding and the marketing of plant varieties. The Institute shall enjoy protection of rights in relation to plant varieties developed by it in accordance with the Plant Breeders' Rights Act (789/92). (5 sections)
