Abstract
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry lays down specific rules for the prevention and combating of wild oats for purposes of maintaining a high quality plant production It implements provisions of the Act on the control of wild oats with respect to, among other things: notification requirements of holders of a cultivation for which subsidy is requested; inspections after notification and the preparation of a control plan; wild oats registration and records; cultivation control measures; and a general wild oats control and supervision plan.
