Forest Management Association Decree (No. 1227 of 1998).

This Decree stipulates that tasks of associations that wish to operate as a forest protection association shall be defined by the Forestry Centre concerned in accordance with comma 2 of section 5 of the Act relative to Forest Conservation and Management Associations (534/1998). The Regulation makes provision for use of financial means of the Association, registration of members with the right to vote, voting of persons holding proxy, and notification data to the Forestry Centres and the tax authorities.
