Government Decree on Managing the Risk Caused by Alien Species (704/2019).

This Decree enacted under section 11, subsection 3 and section 16, subsections 5 and 6 of the Act on Managing the Risks Caused by Alien Species (as amended in 2019), declares invasive alien species of national concern referred to in section 11 of the Act to be the species listed in Annexes A and B of this Decree and those included in the taxonomic groups of species listed in Annex A. The Decree also disapplies certain provisions of the Act (in sections 4 and 11) and specifies certain rules regarding hunting gear that may be used to catch alien species of animals.
