Government Decree on the monitoring of the manufacture and storage of explosive goods) (No. 819 of 2015).

The present Government Decree contains provisions on the manufacture, import, use, trade, transfer, possession, storage, storage, and destruction of explosive substances as referred to in the Act on the Safety of Handling Hazardous Chemicals and Explosive Materials (390/2005). Explosive substances are classified into six hazard classes based on the danger they may pose to the environment in case of an accident. Operators who manufacture, import, store, or sell explosive goods must register with the relevant authorities and obtain permits for their activities. They must conduct regular safety assessments of their facilities and operations to identify potential hazards and develop appropriate control measures, as well implement appropriate security measures. They must also take measures to prevent the release of hazardous substances from explosive goods into the environment.
