Agreement on the Delimitation of the Maritime Border between the Gabonese Republic and the Democratic Republic of Sao Tome and Principe.

This Agreement delimits the maritime border between the Gabonese Republic and the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Principe in accordance with the Charter of the United Nations and the Charter of the Organization of African Unity. Each Party shall refrain from making any claims or exercising sovereignty in the maritime space of the other Party as defined by this Agreement. Any dispute concerning the interpretation or application of this Agreement shall be settled by consultation and negotiation between the Parties.
