Abstract
These Regulations re-enact with amendments the fertilizers Regulations 1990. Implementing EC Council Directives and provisions of the Agriculture Act 1970, they specify the requirements which must be met before materials may be designated and sold as EC fertilizers and make provision for description, marking, and labelling of materials which are intended for use as fertilizers.
