Law of Adjara on Management and Disposition of Property of Adjara (No. 103-U.S.R.S. of 2010)

The Law of Adjara determines legal, economic, and organizational bases for management, disposition and transferring the right of use of the property of Adjara. The Law consists of seven chapters: General provisions (I); Privatization of real property (II); Privatization of movable property owned by Adjara (III); Property use (IV); Immaterial property rights owned by Adjara (V); Transitional provisions (VI); and Final provisions (VII). The purpose of the Law is to support the development of an effective market economy.
