Law of Georgia on Creation and Management of Tusheti, Batsara-Babaneuri, Lagodekhi and Vashlovani Protected Areas (No. 2086–IIS of 2003)

The Law creates Tusheti, Batsara-Babaneuri, Lagodekhi and Vashlovani Protected Areas and provides for its management plan. It consists of 11 chapters: General provisions (I); Categories of Tusheti, Batsara-Babaneuri, Lagodekhi and Vashlovani Protected Areas (II); Size, location and borders of Tusheti Protected Areas (III); Size, location and borders of Batsara-Babaneuri Protected Areas (IV); Size, location and borders of Lagodekhi Protected Areas (V); Size, location and borders of Vashlovani Protected Areas (VI); Territorial-functional organization of Tusheti, Batsara-Babaneuri, Lagodekhi and Vashlovani Protected Areas (VII); Programs for development of permitted activities in Tusheti, Batsara-Babaneuri, Lagodekhi and Vashlovani Protected Areas (VIII); Management of Tusheti, Batsara-Babaneuri, Lagodekhi and Vashlovani Protected Areas (IX); Physical protection of Tusheti, Batsara-Babaneuri, Lagodekhi and Vashlovani Protected Areas, use of its resources and protection (X); Farming activities on the territory of Tusheti, Batsara-Babaneuri, Lagodekhi and Vashlovani Protected Areas (XI); International relations of Georgia in the area of creation and management of Tusheti, Batsara-Babaneuri, Lagodekhi and Vashlovani Protected Areas (XII); Liability for violation of the Law (XIII); Transitional provisions (XIV); and Final provisions (XV).
