Abstract
The Order regulates fishing in ports and adjacent waters to ports. It consists of seven articles: General provisions (1); Definition of terms (2); Batumi Sea Port (3); Poti Sea Port (4); Supsa Sea Port (5); Kulevi Sea Port (6); and Liability (7). It applies to sea ports, internal aquatic areas, seaway, and areas of anchoring and intensive movement.
