Order No 107 of 1996 of Minister of Environment and Natural Resources of Georgia on Charter for Primary Accounting of Use of Water

The Order regulates primary accounting of water use by water users. It consists of five chapters: Introduction (1); Instructions for filling forms (2); Filling out log of primary accounting of water use based on water meters (3); Filling out log of primary accounting of water use (discharge) based on non-instrumental methods (4); Filling out log on quality of discharged water. The Order also adopts the noted log forms. The Order aims to measure both extraction water from and discharge of water into water objects. The Rules apply to any legal entity or person extracting or discharging water. Water users must account the use at their own cost.
