Order No 109 of 1996 of Minister of Environment and Natural Resources of Georgia on Temporary Charter for Calculation of Damage to State by Contaminating Water Objects with Hazardous Substances

The Order regulates the methods of calculating damage to the state caused by polluting water objects in Georgia. It consists of three articles: General provisions (1); Determining the mass of pollutant substances released into water (2); and Calculating the damage to the state from releasing pollutant substances into water objects of Georgia. The document also includes Schedule 1 on Indicator Coefficients of Ecological Situation of Water Catchment Basin; and Schedule 2 on Calculation Chart for Determining the Damage to the State from Releasing Pollutant Substances into Water Objects.
