Abstract
The Order regulates wildlife control measures. It consists of six articles: Purpose (1); Permitted forms of control measures against wildlife (2); Rules for wildlife control for protecting life and health of population and for preventing harm to business activities (3); Rules for wildlife control for sanitary-prophylactic, agriculture and livestock disease prophylactic purposes (4); Liability (5); and Amendments and additions to the Order (6). The purpose of the Charter is to organize wildlife control measures for sanitary and prophylactic purposes, protecting human life and health, public health, treatment of agricultural livestock, and prevention of damage to business activities.
