Order No 150 of 2014 of Minister of Environment and Natural Resources of Georgia on Action Plan against Illegal Circulation of Nuclear and Radioactive Substances

The Order regulates illegal circulation of nuclear and radioactive substances. It consists of seven articles: Scope of regulation (1); Legislation on illegal circulation of nuclear and radioactive substances (2); Purpose and objective of the Order (3); Definition of terms (4); Responsible agencies (5); Action plan after stopping illegal circulation of nuclear and radioactive substances (6); and Act on examination of material evidence (7). The objective of the document is to ensure coordinated action by state agencies and definition of their competences for combating illegal circulation of nuclear and radioactive substances.
