Order No. 181 of 2010 of Minister of Finance and Economy of Adjara on Charter for Privatization of Property of Adjara though Direct Sale

This Order regulates privatization of property of Adjara though direct sale. It consists of four articles: General provisions (1); Organization of privatization through direct sale (2); Rules for entering into agreements (3); and Liability imposed on the purchaser of the property (4).
