Resolution No 133 of 2012 of Georgian Government on Charter for Entering into Agreement and Terms thereof for Administration of Payment of Fees for Use of Natural Resources

The Resolution regulates entering into agreements for payment of mineral resource permit fees. It consists of five articles: General provisions (1); Terms of the agreement (2); Filing application for entering into the agreement (3); Making decision about the agreement (4); and Entering into the agreement and cancellation (5). The Resolution regulates the manner the user of natural resources may pay the state fees. The agreement may provide for a lump-sum payment or a payment with installments, and the state may defer payments in certain cases.
