Resolution No 173 of 2011 of Georgian Government on List of Agricultural Pesticides and Agro-chemicals, Seed and Grafting Materials of Various Agricultural Species

The Resolution provides a list of pesticides, agro-chemicals, and seeds and planting materials whose import is not subject to VAT under the Tax Code of Georgia. The pesticides and agro-chemicals include copper sulfates, calcium nitrates, rodenticides etc. The seeds and planting materials include beans for sowing, potato seeds, barley for sowing, maize for sowing etc.
