Resolution No. 3 of 2011 of Government of Adjara on Rules and Terms for Transferring Property of Adjara in exchange of Receiving Equivalent Property by Individuals and Private Legal Entities

This Resolution regulates transfer of property of Adjara in exchange of receiving equivalent property by individuals and private legal entities. The value of the property is determined by an audit (expert) assessment. If the property is not equivalent, a portion of the property may be compensated with money or another type of property. The Ministry of Finance and Economy of Adjara makes the decision about the property transfers. The Resolution further provides for the form of the decision of the Ministry.
