Resolution No 420 of 2010 of Georgian Government on Criteria to Determine Country of Origin of Products, Forms and Instructions for Filling Forms out

The Resolution regulates compliance measures regarding certificate of origin of products. It adopts sets of rules under its annexes: Criteria for determining the country of origin, form of certificate of origin, and instruction for filling them out and issuing them (Annex 1); Non-preferential certificate form of origin (Annex 2); Preferential certificate form A of origin (Annex 3); Declaration on the ownership and criteria of products (Annex 4); Rules for issuing preferential certificate CT-1 for products of Georgian origin that are to be exported into Russian Federation (Annex 5); and Application form to receive the status of an authorized exporter (Annex 6).
