Resolution No. 428 of 2018 of Georgian Government on List of Objects of Special Significance in Meaning of Law on Public-Private Partnership

The Resolution adopts the list of objects of special significance as defined under the Law on Public Private Partnership of Georgia. According to the Law, the selection process for a public private partnership project involving an object of special significance may remain public or be closed to the public. The list includes air transport service and related objects; tele-radio transmission devices; the railway and the subway; prisons and similar facilities; the infrastructure of the Georgian Post; and the underground geophysics laboratory of the Institute of Earth Sciences (6 sections).
