Abstract
The two Parties desiring to develop and to promote the cooperation in the field of agriculture and food have agreed to include, indicatively, the following sectors: crop production, including fuit and vegetable production; livestock production; sugar production, including sugar beet production and processing; feed stuff production; post-harvest treatment and food processing industry; agricultural research; extension and training services; storage of agricultural products; bio-technology; plant phyto-sanitary control; veterinary services; land management and cartography; mechanization of agriculture; land reclamation; protection of geographical indications. For the promotion of the cooperation in the above-mentioned fields, a Hellenic-Serbian Joint Committee is hereby established.

Entry into force notes
This Agreement shall enter into force on the date of the receipt of the last written notification by which the Parties notify each other about the completion of the relevant national requirements for the entry into force of this Agreement and shall remain valid for a period of five years. If neither one nor the other country gives notice to terminate this Agreement, it will be extended automatically for successive periods of five years thereafter.
