Decree-Law No. 4/86 approving the applicable regime to stone quarries exploitation.

This Decree-Law, consisting of 6 Chapters, approves the applicable regime to stone quarries exploitation. It establishes the requirements and environmental standards in order to benefit from a licence concession to perform the above mentioned activity, considering this quarries as useful and exploitable rock mass deposits and mineral materials to build house of infrastructures or perform any other industrial and civil activity. This Decree-Law is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Rights of stone quarry exploitation (Chaps. II and III); Security and Safety (Chaps. IV and V); Final provisions (Chap. VI).
