This Protocol of Agreement between Guinea-Bissau and the China National Fisheries Corporation (CNFC) for fishing activity within the EEZ of Guinea-Bissau. This agreement, signed at 28 June 2010 in Beijing, consisting of 5 articles and one Annex, regulates in the enclosed Annex, fishing procedures, seasons, gears and size for demersal fishing to: shrimp, cephalopods and fish species. The Agreement is divided into five fishing periods until 30 June 2014, establishing fishing licence tariffs and all requirements related to the following sectors: fishing vessel, technical inspections, fishing areas, by-catch, transhipment, etc.
