Abstract
This Regulation stipulates conditions for the determination of water protection zones, which are used for public water supply, measures and limitations to be observed, deadlines and decision-making process on the protection of water sources.
Sanitary protection zone can be determined: a) if there are implemented water research papers; b) if the study of sanitary protection zone was stipulated.

This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
On the effective date of this Regulation, the Regulation on the establishment of water protection zones (Official Gazette 55/02) will be no longer in force.
