Abstract
This Regulation, consisting of 5 articles and one Annex, establishes that the Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Republic of Indonesia Number PER.17/MEN/2009 concerning Import Prohibition of Several Hazardous Fishes from Overseas into the Territory of Republic of Indonesia need to be improved according to fish cultivation development. Annex lists specific prohibited fish species originating from outside of the territory of Republic of Indonesia that can be detrimental and/or harmful for the sustainability of aquatic resources, the environment and the human health.
