Abstract
The Amendment relates to "things of value within the territorial waters or continental shelf and resources of the exclusive economic zone". Lands, minerals and other things of value underlying the territorial waters and the continental shelf and resources of the EEZ shall vest in the Union. Limits in the sea shall be such as may be specified by law made by Parliament. (section 297 of the Constitution)
