Abstract
This Act amends various enactments of the state of Uttarakhand. These include, Uttarakhand Flood Plain Zoning Act, 2012; Uttarakhand River Valley (Development and Management) Act, 2005; Uttarakhand Plastic and Other Non Biodegradable Garbage (Regulation of Use and Disposal) Act, 2013; Uttarakhand Organic Agriculture Act, 2019; and Uttarakhand Fruit Nurseries (Regulation) Act, 2019. The provisions relating to offences and penalties in the respective Acts are amended.
