Abstract
These Regulations regulate fishing operations within the fishing zone of Iceland. It delimits areas within which it is prohibited to fish or to use certain type of fishing gear during specific period of time. (8 articles)

These Regulations repeal Regulations No.189 of 14 July 1972 concerning the Fishery limits off Iceland, as amended by Regulations No.362 of 4 December 1973. They implement Law No.44 of 5 April 1948 concerning the Scientific Conservation of the Continental Shelf Fisheries and Law No. 45 of 13 May 1974.
