Abstract
This Legislative Decree sets out a revised legislative framework applicable to products placed on the market as fertilizers, in compliance with European Union legislation. Fertilizers may be placed on the market as long as they fulfill the prescribed requirements. Rules on packaging, labelling, identification and traceability are set out. A special commission is set up according to article 9. Offences and related penalties are established as well.
