Abstract
The Government of Kazakhstan commits itself to annual supply of bread grain and fodder grain to the amount established on yearly basis and the Government of Uzbekistan commits itself to payment therefore. The parties have agreed on the following terms and conditions: (a) delivery of supplies shall be scheduled; (b) grains shall be classified by types and categories; (c) price for grains shall be fixed beforehand; and (d) grain quality and other particulars of supply shall be regulated by contracts.

The Agreement enters into force from the date of receipt of diplomatic notification on fulfilment of internal procedure for its entry into force.
