Abstract
The Parties have agreed, for the prevention of loss of crops, to set up joint working group for elaboration of the arrangements for combating locusts and other agricultural pests. The Parties shall inform each other on scientific research, state registration of pesticides, and also shall jointly purchase pesticides for application in transboundary areas.

The Agreement enters into force on the date of signature.
Notes
This Agreement shall be valid for five years, shall be automatically renewed for one or more five-year periods unless either Party terminates the Agreement by written notice to the other in which case the Agreement shall be terminated within six months since receipt of the notice.
